Crisis Under Prosperity-- Analysis of Innovation in China

                   Tencent alleges itself to be international, most of its services and products are used in China

                   only. Because of the government’s policy, Tencent mainly focuses on China’s domestic
                   market instead of the international market. Also, fearing that privacy may be infringed by the

                   Chinese government, most non-Chinese users refuse to use Tencent’s products. In this case,
                   even though Tencent has become a global titan in e-commerce, mobile payments, and social

                   media, Tencent is still stuck in its domestic market.

                          In contrast to Tencent, Expeditors is a global logistics and freight forwarding

                   company, which target its markets in not only China but also elsewhere throughout the world.
                   As a multinational corporation, Expeditors has employees with multiple races, while Tencent

                   is mainly composed of Chinese. Even though its industry is considered to be relatively
                   traditional, Expeditors successfully keeps its leading dominance through innovative

                   strategies, such as cloud service, customization, and even artificial intellect solutions. Aside
                   from innovation and the enterprise spirit, another leading contributor to the brilliant
